Logging In

To log in to your account, you need your barcode number from your library card and your password.

Password

When your account is created, the default password is the last four digits of the phone number on your account. To keep your account secure, we highly recommend changing your password. You can do so in one of two ways.

Note: your new password MUST be between 8 - 30 characters and may include upper/lowercase letters or numbers. Special characters (Example: &^%$#@!) are not allowed.

  1. If you have an email address associated with your account, you can use the Reset My Password option at sign in. You will need to know both your library card number and the email address listed on your account to generate a password reset email. If you enter the incorrect email address, you will not receive the reset link.

  2. Once you sign in using your default password, visit your account page. Under the collapsible Account Settings menu, select Reset PIN/Password.

Username

If desired, you can change your username to be something other than your library card number.

If you set one, your username will be your alias on hold slips and can also be used to log into your account in place of your card number. A username can be set, reset or removed from the My Preferences section of your online account. Usernames must be between 6 and 25 characters (letters and number only, no special characters).
